Turtle Cove

 Lamar and Rhonda Howell were ready for “Easy Living”. Lamar is scheduled to retire from Delphi Corporation in October and looks forward to more free time. They relocated from another neighborhood in Tifton, lured by the low maintenance lifestyle that Turtle Cove provides. Lamar and Rhonda look forward to traveling more with their extra free time. The “Easy Living” lifestyle that Turtle Cove provides gives the Howell’s the freedom to be gone without the worries of outside maintenance.

Cypress Ridge

 Eddie and Linda Senkbeil made the move to Cypress Ridge almost 2 years ago from Lenox. Eddie and Linda, both of whom work at Tift Regional Medical Center, initially made the move for the smaller yard, freeing Eddie up to play more golf and Linda to work in her flower garden. Since the move not only have the Senkbeils been able to enjoy the walking trails and community pool, but the 1 mile drive to work saves them money over the 30 mile commute they had.
